Amy is the rare gem who cares so earnestly about a product's quality that she scrutinizes its form and function from every possible angle, uncovering opportunities for improvement through systematic tests, statistical analyses, and user interviews.
It's no secret that the relationship between dev and qa can get a little difficult sometimes. And then there's the relationship between dev and UX. So it's doubly impressive that Amy managed to represent and defend both quality and usability so well while also remaining a favorite of many on the dev team (including me).
